Somatic Based Healing & Empowerment Practices

When people experience injury (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual), there is a recording of that injury in the body that sometimes cannot be fully articulated. Neuroscience provides an opportunity to understand how trauma impacts the mind, body, and I believe, the human spirit. Through body based practices, one can reclaim their whole being. It is through this process that we show compassion for self and discover what is needed to feel empowered and liberated. Participants may experience immediate benefits and long-term wellness, when practiced over time.
